How can all refund go for arrears child support, when there is a wife and 2 kids at home? catlover52f asked:
My daughter is a stay home mom, her husband works and they have custody of 2 of his 5 children. All of their refund was taken, they get nothing. How can it all be taken when there are children in their household and child support is taken out of his check each week for and they are left with nothing at all?
