depends on how bad the spina bifida is the babies immune system wont be as good this soon and exposed spinal area is very delicate. i know that all/ most babies with spina bifida are born via c section to prevent any extra damage to the baby.
so yes the baby would have a smaller chance because of the increase of risk factors and possibilities of complications.
but he would still have a good chance its just more risky.

At 32 weeks the baby is viable outside of the womb but susceptible to more complications, not including the added problems from the spina bifida. Typically, the longer in the womb the better for the baby but there are always exceptions to that.

I hope you have a healthy nephew or niece regardless! I know having a child with a disorder like that can be very stressful but will be more than worth it in the long run. Good luck!

With medical technology today she should be fine, The baby will face some hardships for sure but her chances of survival would be great
